For registered users...
If you are a registered user of My Financial Affidavit and have logged in, then you should not see this page when you click the Download Financial Affidavit link. Please make sure you are logged in by clicking the "User Login" button directly to your right.
If you do not yet have your Username and Password, please check your email (including Spam folder). The first email from MyFinancialAffidavit.com confirms your registration and a link to a Username request. The second email from MyFinancialAffidavit.com contains a confirmation of your Username and provides a Password. In some cases one or both of the emails get caught in the Spam folder, so please double check. Screenshots of the emails you should have received are below.
If you are not a registered user...
Attorneys who register a monthly or yearly unlimited plan will be able to use the MyFinanicalAffidavit.com Financial Affidavit in all their active cases during the subscription period.
Any Financial Affidavit started on a case during the subscription period will be fully accessible even if
the subscription is not continued for some reason.
There is also a one case option. This allows an Attorney or Party to use the MyFinanicalAffidavit.com Financial Affidavit on one case.
